Our Seller Services Guarantee
|
|
McKeon/Corcoran Real Estate and associates guarantee you service and performance. Each week that your home is listed with McKeon/Corcoran Real Estate you will receive an activity and market update from your representative. If you do not receive a weekly update from your representative, you will receive a $50 reduction in the amount of commission due when your home is sold for each week we fail to contact you. If we fail to contact you two or more times you will receive a $50 gift certificate to a restaurant of your choice, in addition to the deductions to commissions due.
We also guarantee to sell your home within 120 days when your home is listed at the suggested list price. If your home is not sold within the 120 days you will receive a reduction of $500 in the commission due when your home is sold.
